Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

The hotel needs reparation in so many spots! (Toilet nearly fell off the wall, water handle was loose by the tub, chairs at outdoor bar, were completely rotten, we didnt dare to sit on them) Also the night service only came around 2 out of 4 nights. We were not allowed to take our new born baby (sleeping in the stroller) into the gym! Apart from that, the food was very good, alao the food in the restaurant was brilliant! The garden and plants are beatful! Overall a good hotel that urgently needs fixing on several spots.

Beautiful Property

We were traveling around Mallorca and wanted to be out of the city but closer to the beach. This hotel was wonderful!! They were very attentive to us and made sure our stay was exceptional. Our room was amazing and the food was great!! The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Spain. Overall just an amazing stay!

Das Aysla und ist nicht nur traumhaft angelegt und in jedem Detail perfekt, auch der Service ist herausragend gut. Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn mit einer fantastischen Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war auch wunderschön mit Terasse. Super warn auch die ebikes!
