A bed and sheets that surpass Four Seasons with a room that is darkened perfectly for the ultimate sleep. "Hotel had very different “vibe” as had an African theme with lots of taxidermy in main lobby and colonial theme throughout. We had garden room which opened onto grassed area by pool which was lovely. Bar service was very slow - think more staff needed. Breakfast buffet was very good. Overall would recommend hotel as clean and nicely maintained. Easy access to port and surrounding areas. Enjoyable stay "

"The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. However the shower was very small. I could only get into it sideways and every time I moved I accidentally nudged against the tap and turned it off. I am of average size. Also on two days there were no bath towels in the bathroom"

Lunch wasn’t as good (avoid the Caesar salad - is fried chicken and soggy iceberg). A few good restaurants within walking distance. Only 20 mins from airport and Palma Old town."
