"The hotel was very nice looking. Food was better than expected. Staff was very kind. My few issues; the bed was horrible. Two twin mattresses shoved together. No place to have a cigarette. They make you stand in a tiny stair case. Spending a lot of money to stay there, would be nice if I could have a cigarette in an actual chair by the pool with my coffee! "

"The hostel was excellent! Basic and clean facilities, but that’s all you need when you’re out all day. Olly was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and took time when we checked in to throughly explain niche spots and recommend travel plans. Great location super close to the beach and plenty of cafes as well. Only downside is the bathroom water pressure and drainage, it’s very weak. But even this wasn’t the biggest deal. "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. "This was an incredible stay, our first time doing half board and we weren't disappointed. Options were always varied and delicious every night. There are many facilities to use including at least 3 swimming pools. The sky restaurant is fantastic and you get some surreal views. Most importantly staff give the place a heart, they're incredibly friendly and helpful. We want to recognise Ghazi, Joyce and one half Nigerian/Jamaican guy (sorry we couldn't remember his name) and countless others we'd like to thank and applaud. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone in the future as well as us coming back to stay."

"Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out. "
