Very rude front-desk staff. Room had mosquitoes. No cleanliness. The excellent ratings on hotels.com is misleading. Not worth the $190 per night. Look for other hotels.

The staff and management were always helpful and friendly. We felt like they really cared about making our stay as nice as possible. The security guard, Anthony, really made us feel like we were valued guests. Front desk support was never too busy to help.

First room had a table that broke on us within 5 minutes of entering the room. Then we were moved to another room where the AC didn’t work. That staff member that helped my family was AMAZING, and the only reason I’ll give this property another shot.
