We had a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpfull with the patience to listen to us speaking in Spanish.! Great breakfast on the roof top.

Very loud and abrasive Ambulance alarms went off at 1:00 am for 5 minutes and repeated several times at 5 minute intervals. I was jolted out of my sleep when I needed it for a very long day of travel ahead. Completely unacceptable.

Nice hotel for price !

Great hotel , just away from shopping center , only issue was living room with sofa cama has no AC , to have a cool room we have to leave open main bedroom , other then that I’ll give 5 Stars , I wish the property was located closer a walking distance from Chipichape , I’ll recommend it !
