A very well maintained hotel. Groovy 80s vibe. Very good breakfast included. Lounge has good food too. Also excellent location if your are going to McMahon Staduim. Right across the street.

The staff are very welcoming and room we stayed in is very clean. The only minor hiccup is our heater is not heating to its potential and our room is sometimes chilly. Other than that we had a great experience and would go back again.

Overall very clean and spacious! Stayed for 2 days to visit our daughter who is at UOC. She stayed one night with us. Very friendly front desk staff. Joanna was quite efficient in her service and very helpful! Love her smile and spontaneous greeting! Only cloud was the customer service from the staff of room service. I had ordered for desserts. Went to pick up from the dining hall and did not feel welcome as staff was not at all welcoming in her attitude.

Our car broke down in the parkaid and the staff were very helpful with helping us feel at ease. They made my children feel safe and allowed us a late check out until it was fixed.

No blackout curtains. Only a thin flimsy white curtain that let in a lot of light all through the night. Very noisy. There’s a common balcony connecting all the rooms on the floor and anyone walking along that balcony can easily peer into the room through the thin curtains. No privacy.
