"The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area."

"This was a nice property in what seems to be a good, convenient area (we took an uber everywhere because the city is so spread out). However, we were on the first floor and what looks like a quiet street, certainly is not. This is a very busy and loud street ALL night long. They did move us up to the 3rd floor when we asked and that was better. The host is very responsive and very helpful if you need to contact her. There is a breakfast with this right next door but it has a very limited menu....

"This was a nice self-catering apartment. The cleanliness could do with improvement. A long brown hair stayed on the floor in the bathroom every day of the stay even though it was supposedly "cleaned" every day. The toilet would not flush after day 2, and they tried to fix it but it took the whole 5 days before it was done. The young lady host was very helpful and I would give her alone 5*. She needed reminding a once or twice for things like clean towels but she always delivered on the day...

"The staff and service at this hotel were amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly, more importantly, they were very attentive when we called. My only pet peeve was the air conditioning, although it seems you control it in the room, you really don't. We called a few times due to the lack of a/c to find out that they actually control it from the reception area at the lobby. Also, you had to run the hot water for about 3 minutes for it to kick-in - quite a waste of water and time."

"Carolina and her staff were amazing. She did everything asked and more. From arranging meals, to transportation, tours, laundry. In all my years of travel, I can not remember finer service. Every staff member greeted us by name, knew our activity schedule, along with how we preferred our coffee. Highly recommend, in a great part of town, very safe with excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. "

"Despues de 20 dias en el hotel, no tengo mas que agradecer a todos los que trabajan en el mismo, las chicas del desayuno excepcionales! todos en la recepción excelentes! las chicas de limpieza y camaristas geniales. "The service is excellent, but we did not have wifi in our room, only in public areas of the hotel. The breakfast was not great, just coffee and varieties of breads and sweet breads, a couple of times some cut fruit, although they did have a bowl with unpeeled oranges apples and bananas. The room was quiet, good access and helpers were very nice. "

"El apartamento es muy luminoso, espacioso y cómodo. Cuenta con una cocina que está completamente equipada y no le falta nada, fue una ventaja para mí. Además, está detalladamente decorado. La ubicación está muy bien. Es un barrio lindo y seguro, que tiene muchas comodidades ya que a poca distancia se encuentran muchas tiendas. La entrada y la salida es fácil. El check - in lo pude realizar con facilidad y la sala de cowork que había en el edificio me resultó agradable para trabajar y también...

"Good location with lost of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and other healthy options, with some indulgent options, too. Walking distance to some of the parks, gardens, and other sights in BA. Friendly staff who were very helpful with practical issues including a date change on our return through BA at the end of our Argentina trip, luggage storage, etc. And Luisa the cat was an added bonus to a relaxed and comfortable stay. "
