It was clean, breakfast was the usual assortment. Check in staff were kind. However the bed was rock hard and when we decided we couldn’t handle staying the final night we wanted to check out a day early and gave them plenty of time by checking out that morning early, the manager said we had to notify them 24 hrs in advance to get refunded that last night. Well no where were we told that so how were we supposed to know that. We gave them more than 8 hours notice. They are a busy location. And that was rude. Your rooms were not comfortable and you would not give us back our money. Jerk-move, poor service.

It was such an inconvenience,hotel room card kept giving me trouble. I had to ask for cards twice, it was late too! Terrible! Then the shower kept making a loud noise when showering, it was loud and annoying. Shower was dirty too. Then to top it off, I was late to breakfast like 2 min and they told me I couldn’t get anything.

Some pretty scroungy people on and around the property. Looked like tweakers. Strange restriction that no one who lives within a 30 mile radius is allowed to make reservations at this hotel. This seems kind of harsh, especially in light of the fact that there are currently a LOT of people within that radius who have been displaced by fires.
