Great resort but no English spoken
Hotel itself is outstanding, however hotel had cancelled my web booking. Swimming pools are the best ever, food is 5 star, location is a 20 minute walk to city no worries for me. Lots of tourist buses but only for Brizilian´s. Tourist bus company kept rejecting my efforts to buy tickets on their bus to HOT PARK which they were selling in foyer to all the locals. Registering can be difficult. Caldas Novas no one spoke Enlish but I survived. I even managed to find the local bus which took me 25km to HOT PARK very cheaply so I had a good 3 days holiday but it is difficult not speaking the language.

Fomos em família p o réveillon, apesar do hotel estar mto cheio... o atendimento foi perfeito. Limpeza, café da manhã, almoço.. tudo mto bem servido, com bastantes variedades.

Local para tocar café muito longe! Sem cobertura até o local, se chover. Bar molhado não funciona, suporte para armazenar cerveja péssimo, frágil, de “isopor”.

Colchão afundado e velho, chuveiro elétrico velho e pulverizado e espalhar a água. Cheiro de esgoto em banheiro. Temperatura da piscina não é quente comparando com outros hotéis. Ninguém merece o barulho com som altíssimo do clube do lado. Além de mal cantada e ficou até 1:00 da manhã! Não dormia nada!!

A estada foi abaixo das expectativas, no site hoteis.com informava estacionamento privativo, no entanto, ao chegar no hotel não havia disponibilidade e cpm muita insistência conseguomos uma vaga, mediante pagamento. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar , bem como muito barulho do pessoal da limpeza ao limpar os quartos superiores. Atendimento na recepcao nao disponibilizaram a pulsera de controle , contudo, ao finalizar a estada, exigiram. Portanto, pelos motivos expostos acima, ficamos insatisfeitos.

Não foi uma experiência muito boa, pois eu tinha reservado um quarto no doplin express e chegando lá descobri que minha reserva foi passada para outro doplin onde chegando no hotel soube que por causa do corona virus o quarto não teria a limpeza diaria, não entendo como deixar o quarto sujo me deixaria livre de pegar um virus, seria melhor investir em luvas e máscaras e equipamentos para os funcionários limparem os quartos, ou melhor no meu pacote tinha limpeza diaria mas a moça da recepção disse q se eu quisesse teria que pagar 30,00 para limparem, tudo isso colocando culpa na pandemia. Atendentes mal se comunicavam, muito estresse para dar entrada no hotel. Estacionamento estava no anuncio com pagamento de 12,00 e chegando lá como me trocaram de hotel tive que pagar 18,00. Chegando no quarto não tinha a quantidade de camas suficientes pois eu tinha reservado um quarto para três e no meu só tinha uma cama de casal e um sofa mais duro que uma pedra. E quando fui reclamar na recepção dizeram q o formato do hotel era diferente do express e não teriam quarto para me alojar com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro como eu tinha reservado. Café da manhã chegava as 9h00 já não era reposto mais nada, ficava só as migalhas. Quarto com cozinha, porém não saia água da torneira. Vendedores a todo momento nos parando para fazer pesquisa e quando não paravamos pra falar ficavam resmungando.

Demora no atendimento para qualquer coisa, não tinha secador de cabelo, não pode comprar nada nos cartões de débito e crédito porque é necessário carregar um cartão pré pega do hotel, no entanto, para carregar este fiquei 45 minutos na fila desorganizada da recepção entre outros problemas.
