Breakfast quite basic (extra charge for fried eggs or omelette) and restaurant pricey as often is the case in hotels. Not central to Catania but lovely to be away from the craziness so you can relax. Good bus options to the town, or further up the coast. "

"The hotel stands at a very prominent location overlooking the sea. It is a big hotel but spread out. The pool is probably one of the best I've been in and the staff very attentive around the pool and pool bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. We fund the breakfast was disappointing, more because of the quality of the food rather than quantity. It's worth getting a room overlooking the sea, I wouldn't like to be facing inland or on the ground floor."

"The hotel was great overall. The customer service was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like strong cigarettes. It was as if someone was smoking while cleaning. Towels, tissue paper, and pillow cases all as if we were breathing in ashtray. Aside from that, the view was great and the pool nice (minus an adult man that kept spitting in the pool!) The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and dinner very good. It was nice to get up and away from the tiny Italian streets."
