"Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. "We had a great week, at these apartments we a lovely room overlooking the harbour. Lots of good local restaurants and shops, great for families and walking distance to the beach. Hotel was clean and friendly. "

We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return ."

"Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable. "

"We will not be staying here again no cleaning done in our apartment , our sun beds not washed or the floors around the complex. I had to ask for sheets to be changed after a week In that heat. The chamber maids where lovely. You did get clean towels every day. "

Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways."

"The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. Monsuau Cala D'Or Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

"A lovely quiet adults only hotel. Beautiful room that was kept immaculately clean. We didn’t have a chance to use the swimming pool area or restaurant outside of breakfast time, but it looked clean and inviting. Our room was in the main block, we did note that had we been over the road in the rooms facing onto the road it wouldn’t have been as nice - the balconies for those rooms face right onto the road. Breakfast great with a huge selection of food and drink choices. Whilst parking is free there is literally room for about 4/5 cars just round the corner from the hotel, we weren’t ever able to use those spaces but there is a quiet side street just behind the hotel that we used. Wouldn’t recommend Cala D’Or at all (super surprised to find it was not at all like we expected, really poor dining options, overcrowded beaches, full of kids fair rides and bouncy castles) but this hotel is a perfect choice if you are needing to be in the area. "

"I had such an amazing stay here! The room was super nice and clean and the view from our balcony was AMAZING! Breakfast and dinner was included in our room which made it super convenient and there were multiple bars and restaurants on the property. The beach is also right there so you don’t even need to go anywhere to enjoy a nice day! I will definitely be staying here again!"
