"Hotel lobby and restaurant is really nice, they recently refurbished it. Rooms are quite nice, but they should renew bathrooms and kitchen stove is not in a good condition. We stayed for 8 days and they did not change sheets. Towels were taken away and they did not bring new ones. Overall it is quite clean. Pool is very nice, clean. Breakfast buffet it nice, but it gets quite busy after 9 and then they struggle to get everything clean for new guests"

"We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
