"Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. "Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return ."

"Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable. "

"We will not be staying here again no cleaning done in our apartment , our sun beds not washed or the floors around the complex. I had to ask for sheets to be changed after a week In that heat. The chamber maids where lovely. You did get clean towels every day. "

"The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. "The rooms are newly refurbished so very nice. The hotel is tailored for the French so all entertainment, music, children's club is in French and French themed. The staff were in the main unfriendly and food choice basic. "

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"We had a great time in our villa which was in a group of villas slightly apart from the main hotel with our own pool. we didn't realise when booking but we could use all of the hotel amenities including all of their pools and restaurants. The villa was about a minute from the gorgeous beach and a minute in the other direction was a lovely cove for snorkelling. Beautiful place and very friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, from reception to the shops, bars and restaurants."

Great hotel and fantastic staff.

"We love this hotel. We’ve been twice this year and already can’t wait to go back. It’s a little out the way but we enjoy the walk as Cala dor is beautiful. It’s a very small hotel but i absolutely love it. The staff, they make this hotel. They are all very welcoming and extremely friendly. 10/10! "

"I had such an amazing stay here! The room was super nice and clean and the view from our balcony was AMAZING! Breakfast and dinner was included in our room which made it super convenient and there were multiple bars and restaurants on the property. The beach is also right there so you don’t even need to go anywhere to enjoy a nice day! I will definitely be staying here again!"
