It was a great place as far as position. Some maintenance is needed. Out sliding door handle was broken and I meant to tell them that the shower was a little slippery to get into. A little concern as I had an elderly friend stay with me and we both thought that.

An excellent place to stay only 2 streets back from the boardwalk and an easy walk into all of the shops and dining areas. Nice rooms not luxurious but more than adequate for a holiday. Great pool BBQ area. Would definitely stay there again.

This property has a dog and a cat guardians, and they are so friendly. Good size of BBQ facility. We could walk to shops close by. Bus spots are close too. Very convenient location. We did enjoy staying Cascade Garden, and will stay again!! Thank you.

All aspects of dealing with this property were excellent. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom, fully self-contained.apartment. It had a laundry as well. It was just a few steps to the pool and undercover Barbecue area. A short walk to the waterfront and central Shopping Centre. We highly recommend this property.

Very basic property. Booked as it had a kitchen and good location. But very dated and absolutely no frills. Essentially a motel or dorm style residence. Given we were out most days just needed a clean place to sleep so was fine but likely wouldnt stay again.

This is my 3rd time to stay at the property as per stated in my previous review. The apartments are very clean, comfortable, convenient, and self-catering of meals in the kitchen with all utensils provided. For this visit, I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 nights, and a 1-bedroom for another 4 nights. Will book and stay again at the motel's 2-bedroom apartment for my visit in January 2025 with my family of four. Thank you Cascade Team!

It was a really great place for first time holiday in Cairns being solo. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious for me. It was missing the little shampoo, conditioner travel bottles that i like. Overall Im happy to come back again.

This is a nice budget accommodation. If you’re looking for an upscale place you may not be happy here. Negative things: painted cinderblock walls, International Roast brand coffee (the cheapest vile coffee), 2 toilet papers for your entire stay (BYO), 2 garbage bags for your entire stay (BYO), no washer/dryer in unit, no dishwasher, no oven, no shampoo, no conditioner, weekly housekeeping. Positive things: clean, bright, good location (walkable), spacious, helpful staff, Having said that I would definitely consider staying at this accommodation again, keeping in mind that this is a 3.5 star apartment and not a 4.0 or 4.5 star apartment complex. In other words, the charges are less than other places in this area because the facilities are less luxurious. Therefore I would say that the value for money is good.
