"Property is at a great location. We had the ocean view patio and it was great. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Less than 10 minutes walk from many dining options and the piers. Room cleanliness can be improved. Glasses, cups, etc., were not clean."

"This is a really great place to stay in Cairns. The Novotel Oasis is really central and it's easy to walk to loads of great dining and shopping in the town, as well as the Esplanade area.
