"Excellent ! This property is exactly what it says "comfy cozy". It felt like home. It is a compact condo, but it is has just the right amount of room. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with just what you need to prepare any meal. The TV offered up to date entertainment. The property is a short walk from any shopping you need. "In the bathroom the sink would not drain and when taking a shower there was little to no hot water. On a good note the mall was in walking distance so the location was great. The dining chairs and table were a bit too high. The swimming area there was an extra charge, that should be included in the price for the unit. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Overall the stay was solid. Everything was clean and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice. When we needed something they were accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. I'd stay here again My only complaint is that the shower doesn't close all the way, so water will splatter onto the floor by the sink. "The hotel is very nice. The pool and pool bar are a nice option for lunch and a swim. My wife enjoyed the taste of the food offerings. My only issue was that the staff was not as friendly to my 2 year old as I am used to at other hotels in the area. I was also underwhelmed by the executive lounge. I will go back to the hotel but they need to step up the service compared to the other major hotel in CDO. "

"Mallberry Suites is always a “mainstay” for us. The staff is friendly, the food is great! The proximity to many places makes it perfectly “centrally located”. Getting a king size bed is a big deal for us because we like to sleep all three of us together. Great pricing on rooms!"

"Dinner food was great at the restaurant, breakfast food was consistently cold, and dramatically, lacked the same enjoyment as the dinner. I don’t know what I paid extra for the breakfast, but it was not worth it everything else was top-notch and I highly recommend it. We will be going back and hopefully not pay for a breakfast and just walk to Starbucks."
