"Had an amazing experience staying at the Terrass hotel. They gave us a big warm welcome and helped us learn about the area right away. There’s so many amazing restaurants and bars nearby! Everything is walkable and the metro is close by as well. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!"

"I didn’t like that not all the hallway/elevator lights were working. The morning/midday staff were way friendlier than the nighttime staff. Housekeeping doesn’t announce themselves and ignore the sleeping sign on the door, so I felt my privacy was constantly compromised. My TV didn’t work, but I’m on vacation so I didn’t care. Room/property was very clean."

"The hotel was well situated in the heart of Monmartre. For me, the hotel was located in the best part of Paris for what I was doing and it was close enough to the Metro to get anywhere within the city in a short commute. The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and there are really no criticisms. I will book this hotel for my next trip to Paris and I do recommend it highly. "

"Great location and style of hotel, spa is good and so is the service at the restaurant. Some small things that stopped it being a 5 star and only 4.... no travel tooth paste in bathroom provided, the tv connect system does not work despite us both trying on both phones and doing all the steps, restaurant staff very helpful but both the reception staff seemed a little cold and not very friendly/ did not seem willing to help when asked questions. Cleaning staff where also so loud in the mornings...

"A beautiful apartment - very secure and cosy. Great facilities with the fridge, washing machine, mini dishwasher and a fab location. Decorated beautifully ,we all loved it! Loved the real Christmas tree in the lobby area and the luggage room facility was great too! Would definitely come back and recommend! "

"Property was easy self access Kitchen area had coffee/teas/milks/water available 24/7 so was real nice to sit comfortably with a drink of your choice. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Room was fine with good towels. Staff very informative/helpful. Would definitely recommend."
