"This property is Beautiful, but the service is not great. The breakfast that is included is enormous in scope, it doesn’t run well. You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. Every day, they forgot some thing Bottles of water or towels or tissues "

"Terrible experience,we were conned by a guy named Maoz, and left with no place at all, and had to travel away back.worst service ever. No responsibility and no one to talk to, and great disappointment for us and our invited friends. Found out-he cheated others too. Hotels.com should have been much more responsible, for choosing the sales men the site works with.shame and sorrow. We were dammaged and there was no one gor responsible help or communication!!! Worst experience ever!!!"
