"A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm"

In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."

We loved our jacuzzi suite room, and felt it was well worth the price. Great location, everything you'd want to see in Riva del Garda is walkable, and you can easily take the bus to see the Arco Castle. "
