"The apartment is very comfortable, having all amenities someone may need. Very nice interior design, comfortable bed and sofa, nice dining area. The only minus that I would like to share is the communication with the host. When we arrived we were not sure we will be able to check-in (the office was closed and nobody was picking up the call on the phone number provided - Polish robot machine). Same situation for the check-out. Despite the communication, the apartment deserves 5 stars! "

"Property is very spacious and stylish. Lovely surroundings. Once we turned off the main road, very hard to find the property. Rough track was scary in a small vehicle - would have appreciated guidance about appropriate car hire. Problem with wardrobe doors. Could not work out how to use TV. Kitchen equipment somewhat random."

"The check in and out very fast, reception staff very friendly and helpful, gave us a few tips about the village and activities around, made an appointment on our behalf with the head of village culture committee to give us a presentation about fujaras and playing on these instruments (free of charge). The Mucha's Wellness was fantastic, even better than the beer spa in Vršky brewery we also took. Parking is secure, centre of village is 5 mins walk so is the statue of Janošík. Breakfast was...

"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. "Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the rooms, you can hear the others room bathrooms and staff cleaning since 6-7am. The indoor swimming pool is an open to the public water park with lot of people and kids. The saunas are good but there is loud music and very spa. Staff was really nice and they gave us an upgrade as soon as we arrived. There’s no outdoor swimming pool which is not nice for the summer. "

"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept talking over me trying to say it’s a service they only provide in the afternoon when the housekeeping was attending the room in the morning the previous day .. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense. "

Lovely hotel conveniently located

"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. There is a fridge filled with all sorts which you have to pay for but it would be ok to keep your milk in. Breakfast has plenty of choice both hot and cold and there is a hot drinks machine to serve yourself. I would certainly stay there again if I were to visit Zilina."

"Cena adekwatna do standardu. Bardzo obfite śniadanie , długi dostęp do strefy basenowej. Czysto w pokojach i na korytarzach. Miły zapach w hotelu. Strefa basenowa wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia.
