"We stayed at a one bedroom unit and liked the cleanliness, location near Prado, kitchenette and good AC. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and clean. However, the property was dated. There were chipped tiles, patchy paint jobs, broken/loose floor skirts, bathtub cracks among other issues. These maintenance issues detract from the overall enjoyment of the stay. "This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. The rooms are a bit oddly laid out, and there's scarcely any room to step out beside the bed.But overall I'd recommend it and we'd go back."

"Fantastic stay. Great location right on the old port. Beautiful balcony views across the port and up toward the Notre Dame de la Garde. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Family room was perfect for us. Very spacious. Can’t speak more highly of this property and can’t wait to have an excuse to return! "

"The view from breakfast is worth staying here. It is only a short walk down to the water and all of the charming restaurants. My mom and I stayed here and she loved it as well especially because she could smoke everywhere ha ha ha."
