Unfortunately our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived, so we had to wait. And when we got to the room, the toilet needed plunging - nothing messy, but it wasn't flushing properly. Staff was very friendly and as responsive as possible. Everything we ordered in the restaurant was delicious."
