"While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...

"I had a great stay at the SLS Baha Mar. the fact that the entire complex is all connected via casino/mall is nice. The beach front was lovely and so were the pools. My only complaint was that the doors are very poorly insulated to keep noise out from the halls. It was very loud at certain times. "

"The property is very beautiful, this is the reason we came again. My problem this time was there was never hot water when I had to shower. It was cold, not enjoyable at all. If it was in the middle of summer and hot outside it would have been fine. We were hoping to make this hotel an annual event, now having second thoughts "

"Resort caters to cruise goers. The resort gets crowded during the day because they offer day passes to cruise passengers. Dining options at the resort and in the area are limited because most close down after 5pm when the ships leave. Resort was clean but many things were broken. One of the two water slides were closed off the entire time during our stay. The only hot tub was not working for a full day. Many of the resort’s shops and restaurants were vacant during our stay. "

"The property is lovely, our room was spacious and clean (we chose one with a balcony). The food was really good in the buffet, lots of different options. Ate at the Edgewater a couple of times which was fabulous. And at the Italian which was also pretty good. Both need reservations. The pool and beach areas are pretty with lots of sunbeds….but still not enough at times, especially if you’ve been out on an excursion and come back after lunch. People put towels on beds at 7am which staff do not...

"Even if the building is older, it is still nice and the staff are fastidious cleaners. Since the tips are included, it was-stress free; no worrying about tips. Staff were all friendly and the ocean swimming was great. The food was terrific. Can't wait to go back."
