"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villars Palace, and everything was absolutely wonderful. However, what truly stood out and made all the difference was the service provided by a porter named Angelo. Angelo went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. He helped us in every way possible—and even in ways you wouldn’t expect. He is fantastic, and his dedication and professionalism truly elevate the hotel experience. "It is a once in a lifetime experience to stay in this property. Staff is top notch so is the property. Staff even went out of their way to prepare dinner for us where they had to reheat our ready to eats. If there were more than 5 stars for rating, I would give them all to this property. "

"Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure! "

"We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries."

"the hotel and staff are perfect! location and food could not be better. you can hike directly from the hotel and view is truly spectacular from the hotel. For me the only small downside is that the pillows on the bed are very thin. Not sure if other types of pillows are available i did not check with the hotel. "

"Beautiful property and views are amazing! Loved the breakfast here and the pool was very clean and nice! The only thing is that there are no air conditioners in the rooms so can be uncomfortable at night. If you keep the windows open then the bugs fly in. It would have been good to have screens on the windows. The pillows were not firm and was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall highly recommended! "

"We stayed here mainly to go skiing in Les Diablerets which is about 5 minutes away by car. Skiing at this time of the year is excellent. There were no queues for the lifts and the slopes were quiet apart from mainly Swiss skiers taking advantage of the quiet slopes, all of whom were expert skiers which helped spur us on to try to emulate them. The hotel hosts/team were also extremely friendly and very attentive, so all-in-all it was a very enjoyable stay."
