"It was horrible...It was my 1st time in France so I wasn’t aware of their culture. I used a towel to clean the floor and shower and was put out of the HOTEL the 2nd day! because the “owner” stated that that’s not the “french” way....I think he was being racist!! He also didn’t state that HE LIVED IN THE SAME HOTEL.....he advertised as iF the 2 beds were available but THEY WERE NOT!!! Wouldn’t recommend it to a dog!!!!"

"An oasis of calm and tranquility in the heart of the town! Easy walk to one of the best Moroccan restaurants I have ever visited! Good off road parking. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, very peaceful and a great shower. Lovely continental breakfast to start the day"

"Beautiful small hotel in an amazing historic building. Staff are extremely welcoming & friendly. Our room was huge with very high ceilings. It was spotless and very quiet despite being very central. Great breakfast and it’s dog friendly. We will definitely be back. "

"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"Way finding signage throughout the city, made it easier to navigate once that was noticed. No on site parking, but there was a paid parking park about a block or two down. Key pad to enter the hotel at 9pm (so long as you have checked in initially). Location felt centrally located to all the shopping, resturants, bars and all the historical locations. Easy walkable to everything of Nancy. Room was overall clean, soaps was provided. Shower seams appeared to have mold residue. But minor for short...

"Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful."

"Nothing unique about the property, it is a good location and walking distance from everything. If yiu want quiet, then this is not the best place as being walking distance from everything, there is a lit of foot traffic with boisterous drunks at night. The bed is a bsic sprin matress that was ok, but the pillows were just sad. They had no firmness and just sank under any weight. Even with two of the stacked and folded, they just feel weak. "Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror."
