Always a great place to stay. Only improvement would be their coffee. It is always bitter and undrinkable. However, their tea/tea bags is great.

I enjoyed the room it had a decent sized microwave and refrigerator. I did not like the fact that a do not disturb sign was not available in the room and we had to go ask for it and still wasn’t provided one. The front desk workers were hardly ever there and we did not even stay that long. That is why I gave a four star. Other than that it was an amazing hotel and the room was beautiful.

Only downside to our stay was someone pulling the fire alarm at 6am and waking everyone in a panic for no apparent reason. We were forced to evacuate and stand outside for 30 minutes until fire department came and determined it was a false alarm.

Needs more housekeeping floors in room and bathroom was nasty the bed was not made when I checked in know towels was in.there no toilet paper in bathroom the bed sleeps very uncomfortable

Unable to get a good nights sleep because there was some children running up and down the hallway, yelling and calling out each other’s names, constant knocking and slamming of the door. The front entrance automatic door needs to be reset because you will literally walk into the door because the sensor that opens the door when you approaches is not working properly. Some stains on the hallway floor on 2nd floor. The sink in the room needs to be secured. Staff could present themselves a little more friendly upon being approached for checkin or service requests.
