Al llegar a la propiedad el personal no ayudó en nada. La habitación estaba deprimente, mal olor, falta de limpieza, muy descuidada, pequeña. El mobiliario está muy descuidado. No es como en las fotos. Buscamos salir de “la posada” y nos forzaron a quedarnos, no ayudaron en reembolsar los días no utilizados. Y Expedia no pudo ayudar. La tarifa es muy alta y las condiciones muy desfavorables. Hay mucho mejores posadas y hoteles en la zona con un costo más accesible. NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE LUGAR NI POR ERROR. Si buscan descansar, este lugar no es para ustedes. La cama está terrible. El colchón muy descuidado, se sienten los resortes y está hundido. Las almohadas desagradables. Y la regadera terrible. En 5 días que nos quedamos solo limpiaron la habitación 1 vez a pesar que les comentamos varias veces. Entraban a hacer la cama pero no más. Ni la basura sacaban del techo de basura. Adicional de los básicos de limpieza que no cumplen, falta mucho detalle, no sacuden y está lleno de polvo. Por la noche hay momentos que no se encuentra personal y las puertas a la posada quedan abiertas. No da confianza estar en el lugar. No recomendaría este hospedaje ni a mi peor enemigo.

Só pra deixar a bagagem e sair
O quarto oferecido só valia a pena se a intenção fosse apenas guardar as mochilas e sair, porque era um cubículo. Tive que adiantar a saída porque não aguentei ficar no quarto tão apertado. Se levantasse a mão tocava o teto. Ar condicionado e TV não funcionam bem e o wifi instável. Fora o odor forte de urina de gato na entrada do quarto. O café da manhã simples não justifica o valor da diária que é bem dentro da média da região dos lagos que oferece melhor estrutura. O estacionamento não é na mesma rua e é mais caro.

Boa estadia excelente localização no centro, próximo a rodoviária, rua das Pedras e as praias. Café da manha bom, ambiente agradável e pessoal da pousada muito simpático, só os travesseiros do quarto que são muito alto. Voltarei com certeza!

Estadia foi muito boa, ponto forte é a localização, dá pra ir a pé pra rua das pedras, além de ser perto de supermercado... Farmácia... Muito bom msm! Pousada não tem estacionamento, mas a rua sempre tinha vagas em frente a pousada ou bem próxima, super tranquilo estacionar lá. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Ponto a melhorar seria só a cama, colchão meio q tem um buraco no meio, n é reto, afunda mto. No mais, só elogios! Voltaria mais vezes.

If all you need is sleep for a low cost..
It's a cheap place in the center of Buzios, if all you need is a place to sleep for cheap, this is an ok choice. Cleanliness is sub par, I found hairs and sand from the previous occupants. Towels and sheets have permanent stains, but have been washed. During the day there seems to be 3 people in the reception, all of which would rather continue scrolling on instagram rather than working. There's also a cleaner whom I haven't interacted with directly. Night shift would often leave the premises leaving reception and the pousada entirely unattended. Main gate would be open. Warm water function on the electric shower did not work. Surprisingly no bugs other than mosquitos that would fly in. Internet was good, but there was no workspace available. I wouldn't stay there again, but of you just need sleep and stay out for the rest of the day, sure.

Acredito que a experiência foi bem honesta em relação ao valor que pagamos. Atendeu as expectativas que já tínhamos pois não podemos exigir 5 estrelas se pagamos por 2. Mas independente do valor, acredito que a manutenção do quarto deveria ser melhor (mofo, infiltrações, colchão rasgado etc) Por um outro lado, destaco o excelente atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente, Weverton e Gabriel. Padrão 5 estrelas!

Péssima pousada! Fujam dessa cilada
Pior hospedagem da minha vida. Quarto caindo aos pedaços, porta do banheiro com maçaneta quebrada, porta do box quebrada, iluminação precária, cama super desconfortável que afunda no meio ao deitar. Ao questionar esses problemas, o atendente menosprezou as reclamações e sugeriu que o conserto fosse feito lá na hora (como se eu viajasse pra receber consertos no quarto na hora do meu descanso), além de ter mencionado que era uma tentativa minha de “arrancar dinheiro”. Além disso, entram no quarto sem permissão (ainda que eu não tenha solicitado a limpeza ou deixado as chaves na recepção). Tive que matar duas baratas durante a minha estadia de menos de dois dias. Ar-condicionado podre. Chão com revestimento saindo. Roupa de cama com aparência de encardida. PÉSSIMO. E por fim, que fique claro que pior do que a estrutura da pousada é o atendimento desrespeitoso, debochado e despreparado.

Nossa estadia foi agradável na pousada casa centro, o quarto é pequeno e bem aconchegante, da para um casal tranquilamente, sobre a higiene saímos e quando voltamos parecia que o serviço de quarto não tinha passado, nós mantínhamos o quarto sempre limpinho e organizado, mais não dava para perceber que tinham sido limpo pelo serviço de quarto, café da manhã simples, mais funcionando bem atenciosos.
