"Excepcional hotel! Too notch facilities, location and staff. Very well impressed. One comment. There is a dish in menu “Ancho defumado” that definitely needs to be taken out of their great menu. This one, although meat is of good quality, lacks taste, harmonization so not satisfied at all. I voiced this to hotel staff and really hope they take out of the menu. I do want and will be back the hotel that is 5 star. My feedback is indeed as an opportunity for improvement"

"Amazing customer service! Details sooo beautiful! Amazing food (breakfast and dinner) . Chef is very good! We had a prob with our room during the check in and the receptionist accommodated our needs! Super flexible and nice :) we loved it! And will be back!"

"The property is decent if you’re on a budget or lack options. The bathrooms have a sewer smell, almost like things don’t completely flush. Most of our plugs didn’t work. The place is old and it shows. The staff are all great, it’s just the hotel. "

"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

"I took my mom there for Mother’s Day weekend and we had an amazing time. Staff were super friendly, the food and drinks at the hotel were 10/10 and the pool area was beautiful. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to a few different hotels in Buzios but this one was the best!"
