Small, cosy and retro hotel

Hotel is a located upstairs of a corner shoplot, from the outside, it is old but once you go upstairs, they have kept the retro look and feel. Most important to me is the good service and cleanliness. A small cosy hotel that is clean and well maintained. If you don't mind the simple set up, its a good place to stay for a night or 2. The price is very reasonable and location is good too. There is a mamak restaurant a few shops away for convenience.

Awesome stays

To be honest I received the best welcome, it is actually even cleaner than on photos, they gave me a good reception with everything needed in the room : Tooth brush , flip flop for the shower, extra water , tea cup , towel, it was really clean and was smelling super good and also the boss of the hotel is speaking a good english and is really helpfull with his customer. Fun fact he gives you a pins to put on his map to see where all his customers from, it was really awesome. Thank you again. Antoine from France :)

Bad attitude by staff

The outlooks good but once stepped inside the rooms terrible and the towels stinks where the shower pressure is low and less parking space with no security guards and lots of non staff loitering around the entrance that causes concern for others as this I will definitely not recommend this to anyone else to this hotel

Basic clean room

Has the basics but definitely needs a bleaching of the bathroom tiles. You have to call the receptionist via your own personal phone or go outside the building and press the button because a receptionist isn't always there. There's no phones inside the room. Receptionists are helpful.

Not up to snuff

Cheap motel in Butterworth. There is no noise insulation between rooms and outside, so you can hear anyone and everyone come in and out. The front desk is not staffed. There were also ants crawling in the room.
