"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"Easy access to the mall. The place is not a hotel but a condominium. Communicate with the owner of the condo before arrival. Don’t waste your time asking the front desk staff and security any questions, they’ll be clueless . The property is really small but nice. It says breakfast included, There’s NO Breakfast!"

"Terrible. Host was late, not hospitable , keeps calling me even after i left the unit for more money. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The unit was cockroach infested heavily. When brought to his attention he just said its normal in the Philippines. They need to shut down this business. Hotel.com should stay away from this rental condo. Location was very good though. "A lot of things went wrong for this booking. The owner kept us aware that we should not say we rented a unit through a website and that we would not be able to go through the main lobby to enter but rather was snuck through the back exit doorway. When we got there it wasn’t even the unit we reserved. Instead of a 2 bedroom unit that was posted we were given a studio unit. They also refused to at least give us some receipt for the deposit and expected us to rely on their word that they would...
