Gianmaria and his staff were very much welcoming, always happy to provide tips when it comes to the places of interest, restaurants and wineries nearby. "Our host Oreste was very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel spoke English and went above and beyond to help us. They even provided excellent Gluten free rolls for my breakfast each morning when I told them I was Celiac. The breakfast spread was excellent. The room was clean with a balcony and wonderful view of the lake. Across the street there was a nice walkway along the lake in both directions joining the towns. "We had a suite with a kitchen and bathroom. 5 people could sleep in this suite. Everything was modern. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast (lots of sweets, cheese, sausage). The mattress and pillows were horrible (really hard). Parking space at hotel are sparse and only for small cars."

"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning.
