The stay was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in the neighborhood of many attractions. Staffs are so friendly. We will definitely come back again.

The location was great, just a short walk from BIFF Square. The area around the hotel was quiet and very nice. It was a shame that the water pressure in the shower was weak, but other than that it was a stress-free stay!

Exceptional view of the harbor. Appears to be a brand new facility. Everything in the room looked new. They provide 1st class scented soap, conditioner, lotion and plenty of towels. Security guard in the lobby. Crazy busy street food right downstairs. A few blocks from upscale shopping streets and Lotte department store by Jagalchi Market. Only minus is it goes by other names so Google and Kakao maps have trouble finding it. Once we figured that out it was fine. 1 block from subway and many bus lines. AAAA

Excellent location!!! You can pretty much go anywhere by walking and good restuarants and shopping places near the hotel. They communicate great with you if you call or text the provided number. I would definitely go back when I visit Busan.

前日に部屋と、部屋に入るための暗証番号が送られてこなかったので、Expediaのサイトに連絡しました。 サイトの方はとても親切でHOTELのオーナーと連絡してくれてなんとか番号を教えてくれました。 当日、HOTELの部屋を開けると予約した部屋ではありませんでした。 直ぐにExpediaに連絡し、対応してくれました。 部屋はとても綺麗でしたし、オンドルもあって、床も暖かった。 場所も駅から近くで良かった。 でも最初の対応が不十分。 楽しい旅行が少し残念でした。 やっぱり普通のHOTELの方がいいかな。 フロントがあるのって凄く安心ですね。

很糟糕的體驗，旅行前一直與房東接洽住宿細節，但得到回覆是當天再給住宿通知。住宿當天早上收到入住訊息後，也經由房東同意先check in ，房門打開是一片狼籍未清潔，當下覺得 可能是語言的隔閡導致誤會，畢竟提前可能真的是我們不對，於是傳了訊息給房東表示房間尚未清潔，我們還是先把行李放置在之前同意放置的行李房內，並再次詢問 四點入住是否可以獲得乾淨的房間？但房東並沒有回應，四點我們要入住時，再次打開房門看到還是一樣的未清潔房間，我們再次與房東傳訊息表達不滿，房東才回應我們⋯雖然房東有換一間房間給我們，但整體來說真的不舒服，既然房間排定要給我們，但未確實做好房間清潔甚至訊息回覆延遲，我們是覺得非常的不行，如果是因為周圍機能及價格可以推薦這間，但如果在意突發狀況及房東回訊延遲可能要考慮一下

いつも南浦洞ですが ハロマナートの近くが便利かと思い泊まってみました チャガルチ駅の前で夜市にも近く楽しめました ダブルベッド２つの部屋は収納の扉がベッドにあたって開かないのでたくさんある収納は使えません 冷凍庫の扉もベッドにあたって開きません でも景色は良かったし どこも綺麗で清潔でした オンドルの部屋はとても暖かいです

하룻밤잘머물렀습니다

4인가족여행으로 잠만자면되지 하면서 예약 숙소가 깔끔하니 깨끗했습니다 사진으로 봤을때 많이 비좁을까 걱정했는데 괜잖았습니다 시설도 새거였습니다 ㅋㅋ 냉장고도 새거처럼~ 다만족스러웠습니다 그런데 그날은 보일러를 켜지 않아도 춥지 않고 괜잖았는데 바닥이 차가워서 데우고싶어 켜는데 거실과 방에 보일러 조절기가 각각이었는데 잘몰라서 좀 헤멨죠 방에조절기를켰는데 거실이데워진거같기도하고...암튼...해결했음요 4인가족인데 의자가2개뿐이라 안타까웠네요 그런데 의자가 4개가 되면 비좁아지긴해겠지요 그래도 잘 지내다 왔어요 애들이 또 오고 싶다고 좋다고 했습니다
