Ask for a room at the back.
Our second stay here. Our first stay was excellent; we had a room at the back. This time our room at the front was quite noisy. Lots of pub restaurant noise, road noise, and the wall between rooms 1 and 2 must be paper thin as we could hear every word of the tv show they watching next door! That said, everything is clean and tidy. The decor is classic country style, bathrooms are perfectly adequate. Staff are welcoming and the breakfast choices are plentiful. We had cokked breakfasts whuch were excellent.

Convenient for our needs to visit family and friends. Friendly staff. Good choice of food, which is well cooked. The room this time wasnt as good as our last visit. But having said that we will stop here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was beautiful, lovely little free cookies and hot chocolates sachets, plus a fan which was much appreciated! Very classy place, friendly staff and a very comfortable bed.
