"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. "I was very dissatisfied why my stay with Smart flats. They do respond to the issues you report, but they do not fix them. The elevator was not working and I of course was on the 6th floor! I reported there was no remote for the TV but never got one. I reported no shampoo dispenser, but they never fix it. They of course respond to my reports, but nothing gets done."
