Konfor olarak oda çok kötüydü. Odalar kalorifer sistemi ile ısınıyor ancak sıcaklık kontrolü sizde değil. İlgili kişilere 2 gün ısınma ve sıcak su probleminden bahsettiğim halde bir düzeltme yapılmadı. Birazdan düzelir diyerek geçiştirdiler üstelik. Bizim için üzücü bir konaklama oldu.

Uludağ’ın en yeni oteli diye reklam geçmeleri tamamen kandırmaya yönelik bir durum otel yeni değil sadece el değiştirmiş ve içerisi anladığım kadarıyla yeni restore edilmiş fakat o da çok başarısız olmuş. 3 gece kaldığım otelde sadece 1 gün housekeeping geldi. Yılbaşı yemeğinde her seferinde eksik getirdiler masamıza ve her seferinde uyardım. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar hariç ilgisizler. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim her şey tecrübe.
