None of the 3 staff at check-in mentioned what the fee covered nor did the restaurant staff ask if we were guests of the property. I reached out to them on this and did not hear back. "Very comfortable bed and pillows. You don't want to miss their fabulous breakfast and my husband loved the fresh baked cookies always in the front hall. Nice porchs to sit on and have a drink. We would stay again if ever in the neighborhood. "

"I LOVE this place!! I’ve stayed many times over the years, and it’s such a lovely, quiet place to relax and rejuvenate. The property is gorgeous, with an enormous front porch and crazy lush gardens! The owners and staff are so very kind and accommodating. Not only are the rooms a PERFECT retreat, the property is nestled among the most gorgeous historic homes in downtown Wilmington. Walk just a few blocks to the waterfront and all of downtown! Awesome restaurants, coffee shops bars. "

"We only stayed one night but had two rooms. Everything was new, in perfect condition and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was top notch and delicious with great variety! Our daughter is going to the UNC Wilmington so we will stay here again often. Misty at the front desk was professional and extremely helpful (as was the valet). This hotel is in the historical area within walking distance to so many great places to eat and shop. "

"Lovely area, good access to town, very walkable. Room was good 4/5, with a few minor problems. The bathroom sink is only about 3 inches deep. Really stupid choice, difficult to wash hands or even fill a water glass."

"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"Loved the smooth contactless check-in! The King suite was clean and welcoming! The only thing missing were hangers which I noticed immediately as I was in town for a wedding!
