"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"The room was clean and host welcomed us and showed us places to visit. There was no bar or restaurant and breakfast was delivered in a hamper outside your room at 7:30, which was good. There was a Chinese about a mile away that was very good but closed on a Monday. The bus services was regular about every half hour, there are no shops near by just a garage about a mile away. Was in nice quiet and safe location. "

We let them know the ceiling fan was not working and the next time we returned to our room after going off for the day, we found that they had brought us several oscillating fans and placed them in the room which was very appreciated and made the stay enjoyable.
