"Arrived very late due to flight delay. Had to call hotel for airport transfe. The phone in the arrivals is for a different Leonardo hotel so there was some confusion. Reception was friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was lovely, beds ok.Fidnt stay for breakfast which was 22 each. Hotel is out on its own, we got an Uber into the city centre."

"Hotel itself is good value for money, with modern furnishings and a lovely cafe downstairs serving fresh breakfast pastries and coffee. We enjoyed the self-service aspect of the hotel and overall had a great stay. We did have a slight issue upon arrival with the cleanliness of our room, however, the property manager was fantastic, apologised and remedied the issue quickly so thank you!"

"Happy with location, lost of places all around for food and drinks, tram stop close by so easy to get around, or only 24 minute walk from train station. Room has everything you need. We didnt have a view as looked out on a stairwell but this was a short sightseeing trip so view not needed as only in room to sleep."

"Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "

"Was very good price and location was good. Only issue was the bathroom absolutely stank of what can only be described as either sewage or rotten egg. It was very clean however two air vents next to the toilet looked disgusting inside which I assumed caused this horrendous smell. Apart from that , the hotel and room itself was good. Shame about the bathroom smell otherwise would have rated highly. 6/10"
