"This building was still in construction with sandbags at the entrance. In the would be office someone was smoking with smell filling the building stairs. Totally unprofessional greeting committee. The person could not find my reservation. Humongous stairs and I was given the 4th floor. I suspect I was the first and only guest. I don't know why this is even listed on hotels.com. "We stayed in an apartment advertised for 5 people. When we arrived, we found three beds had been made up (staff provided extra linen for us for the sofa bed). The apartment was generally not very clean - dirty walls, holes in doors, etc. - though the bathroom and kitchenette were OK. There are no insect screens and no fans so we got mosquito-bitten.
