"This hotel was such a lovely experience. Only a year old. The attention to detail in the rooms was so great. Everything smelled clean and fresh… adding comfort. Breakfast was great. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely grateful for our choice to stay with them. We loved it and will definitely return! "

"This is an area of Bali further away from the city. You can still see other tourists wondering, the area is good for diving and exploring. There are restaurants nearby, but no big brands and no Gojek/Grab food delivery. I am a picky eater but I still enjoyed the food at the villa. The staff is friendly and attentive. They seem to appreciate your business. The villa also does motorbike rentals. For bugs, they provide anti-mosquito wicks. I did not get any mosquito bites. There were some caterpillars, but they are harmless. Overall, I would visit this villa again."

"This is a family-owned place and the pride of ownership shows. It is spotless, as they are constantly cleaning. Nothing is too much to ask and they will organize whatever you want (such as snorkeling trips, cars, etc). They will do laundry for you at $6 per load. Massages were amazing at $12 per hour. Their chef is just spectacular (lots of people from other resorts were coming to eat) and she will give you a private cooking class at $25 per person, which includes your meal. (Be sure to try her "hot ginger fish"---it's unbelievable.) The fish is as fresh as you can get, having just been caught by the retired fisherman owner of the place. The pool is just gorgeous, also spotlessly clean, and there is terrific snorkeling immediately in front of the hotel (although entry via the rocky beach can be a bit challenging). Bottled water provided in your room. Air conditioning, comfortable beds, plenty of fluffy towels---there is nothing you will want for. The entire place is meticulously maintained; we loved the outdoor private shower. You'd have to look hard for anything to fault here; they were better than the Moana Surfrider in Hawaii, which we just left. Quiet and serene, not for families or those looking for a party hot spot. "

"Nice room, everything clean & working nicely. Amazing view from room. It's a more classic Bali design, not a modern design but everything worked nicely, good Wifi. Room had terrace overlooking the ocean with a dining room table and lounge area. Amed is a quiet area, but a solid choice. "

"Absolutely beautiful and serene. The entire staff from reception, housekeeping, restaurant and spa were lovely. The restaurant was excellent and diverse and the breakfast included in the price was a full 4 course meal "

"The staff here take care with the cleaning and the gardens and the pool is well looked after. The property overall all needs general maintenance and repair. We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow. Lots of steps. The accommodation was basic but large and clean. We had a lovely balcony with great views, birds, watching the fishing boats come in and out, and the sunset. The breakfast was average. The pool was great. No lunch or dinner service but a good choice of a few restaurants in the small village a few hundred meters away, the walk a little dark in places. They could do with a price list for local day trips and local taxis this would be helpful. "

"This place is a great value for the 18 USD i paid. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and this place has two pools. Its right across the street from a restaurant and a 15 walk from a beautiful beach and a small town with many amenities."
