"Love this beautiful villa. Love the pretty yard, the pool, the second floor terrace with the two huge cozy chairs, the four pretty bedrooms, and beautiful kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s noisy during the day but over all I love this place. I can just have grabfood to deliver my meals. Excellent! "

"It is a beautiful villa that will be worthy of many of your photos. But travelers should be aware that the open living space can become uncomfortably cold at Batu's high elevations. In addition, the large number of mosques nearby can shatter any ideas of a peaceful retreat, especially on Friday's when the speakers will be going all day. One minor note is that it needs a little maintenance to fix wifi (too slow, making streaming difficult), and exposed wiring in kitchen, stuck doors, etc.)...

"Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and provided great service. We dined in the restaurant one evening. The food was good but limited choice for healthy options. There are two supermarkets locally which at it was easy to get a Grab Car from here to explore. Hotel also helped us with booking a trip to Bromo and to watch the sunrise at King Kong Hill which was amazing. Great hotel for what we needed and helpful that staff had a good understanding of English. "

"I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. This property is next to a couple of malls which was good when my phone charger died, samsung is in the mall. One thing that is probably a problem for most people is the 4 am Muslim prayers blasting across the city. This happens 5 times per day. Otherwise i felt safe in the area."

"This is an outstanding Hotel! By far the best and nicest hotel we have stayed at in Indonesia. It is filled with fascinating antiques. The staff bends over backwards and the food in the restaurant was excellent with a huge selection. One person in our party had to go to the hospital and the hotel could not have been more helpful accommodating. They let us feed the fish and the rooms even have a beautiful bathtub. "

Fun stay

"There were hiccups because most of the staff didn't speak English. Our room wasn't cleaned, probably due to an oversight. But staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The resort and nearby safari park are beautiful. The safari was very well designed with the lions and tigers kept in enclosed areas without visible bars, while zebras and deer could mingle with the vehicles coming into their area. "
