"In general it is ok but my opinion it is not a Resort 4 stars. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not well kept and need maintenance. Insects of all kinds are found in the rooms. The location is not so far from the beach but if you want to go out in the evening for shopping or if you want to walk along the seafront there is nothing"

"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros. "

"We stayed in one of their comfort rooms which seemed to recently been renovated. It gave a very fresh and clean appearance in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia that we stayed at. Helpful staff. Breakfast with a view of the mountains. However breakfast in Sardinia (which applies to this hotel aswell) is not like the intercontinental breakfast you would get in other countries. "The hotel advertised wi-fi but they don’t provide it UNLESS you are willing to spend your time in the hotel lobby, which is where you can get it. And who wants to do that? "

"A modern, thoughtfully designed property on a hilltop overlooking Nuoro. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful with a small problem that I had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. The breakfast was fine in a room with a great view overlooking the town. One plus, during the off-season, is that there are enough travelers for business, so the property offers the full range of services. At other properties in the off-season, the lack of guests can result in limited services. Also, excellent parking. Definitely recommend for car travelers. Because it is located 2 km from the city center, it may be a hassle for persons who don't have a car, although there is good municipal bus service accessible about a five minute walk distant."

"Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. I like how art pieces are in your room as well as in the hallways. If I were a chef I would have taken advantage of the the complete kitchen."
