"Very clean and safe place to stay. Security guard was very welcoming and helped me to find the nearest car wash place. Very poor customer service from the night shift staff member who worked on April 28th to May 1st. I arrived at around 2am on April 29th, she hard headset in both ears possibly dosing off. "I didn't realize the room didn't have a fridge. I eat a specialized diet and I need to buy my own food. Only Chinese food was served at the hotel in Africa, which I couldn't eat. I was going to stay there for 10 days and that would have been very difficult for me. I had to find a another place to stay and the hotel wouldn't refund my money. They said the way Expedia operated made it impossible for them to refund my money. I ended up leaving so I could be comfortable and ended up losing my money....
