"The staff were very helpful especially when there was a mistake from the Hotels.com booking. One of the room i booked cannot be flushed. Another room may have bed bugs as one of my uncle was scratching the whole night. And some of the guests staying there were rowdy in the middle of the night."

"Booking ID was diff from their system, they didn't check all their reservation avenues & just said my booking don't exist & asked me to contact Hotel.com. After like 20 mins I finally connected to a Hotel.com agent and passed my phone to the Hotel owner. Not surprisingly my booking was found in less than a minute, owner said not his fault because booking ID was diff. But he didn't even bother to check all the reservation avenues beforehand!? I even showed him my booking through the Hotel.com App...
