A warm welcome, with an amazing breakfast

A warm welcome, generous size room, I had a double bed, that also fitted comfortably a sofa to relax. It was only an overnight stay to break up a long journey, but would have no hesitation for staying longer and exploring the area.
The breakfast, so good and I believe locally sourced, so very tasty!

A wonderful stay in Builth Wells, mid-Wales.

A fantastic place to stay. Eileen was very friendly and helpful and gave us a really warm welcome on our arrival. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds and a fabulous breakfast. We will definitely look to stay here again whenever we revisit the area. Can't recommend Erris Villa enough!
