Their communication is top notch- from having an extra cot bright in and set up, to being available after a very early arrival. Brilliant pre arrival comms thru WhatsApp so I could self check in due to likelihood of arriving after 7pm when reception closed ; two key codes for outer door and key box by lift . Spotlessly clean and very well appointed room inc. hob,washer,cooking utensils, large TV . Decent bathroom with big shower cubicle . Excellent in room WiFi . By prior arrangement left my suitcase to wander round, leaving before reception opened then dropped in early afternoon...

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Our only minor issue was the noticeable temperature difference between the main room and the bedroom, which required some adjustment. While the hotel itself doesn’t offer breakfast, they directed us to their connected sister hotel, which has a breakfast buffet. The buffet was convenient but fairly average in quality.
