If you want the Sheraton, stay at the Sheraton. This is a hostel, and people need to realize that. With that being said, I had a private room en suite. The bed was clean and changed daily, the shower was clean and the whole bathroom was functioning. I only ate breakfast there one day and it was croissants, toast, butter and jam, tea, coffee or juice. Yes, it's basic, but it gets you through until lunch! Staff speaks some English, but I speak Spanish, so that was not an issue. Everyone was very nice and the house cat, for me, a total plus! Excellent location, next to a small shop for quick bits (soda, candy, chips), a steak house, a panadaria and super close to bus stops, metro and if you decide on the Hop On/Off bus, there are two stops only a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful choice - definitely recommend!
A wonderful hostel. Room was large and with plenty of storage. Staff were very very helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Great staff
This is a hostel so don't expect anything luxurious but it is good for the price. It's located in San Telmo. The hotel staff are so incredibly helpful which makes this a great place to stay. They told me all about buenos aires and gave me a map. I would stay here again.

No reservaré más en su página, llegando al hostal nos dijeron que nuestra reservación no había sido confirmada y que por lo mismo la cancelaron. Ya habíamos pagado y solo nos devolvieron el dinero. Expedia nunca nos informó que debíamos confirmar nuestra llegada. Pésimo servicio!

Perfect except for the kitchen
Mon séjour s'est très bien passé, le lieu est très beau et très bien situé. Le personnel est amical (particulièrement Pablo 2^^Il m'a fait beaucoup rire à la réception). La salle de bain est très propre. Le seul bémol c'est la cuisine: pour les voyageurs qui ne peuvent pas se permettre de manger en restaurant tous les jours, elle manquait d'équipement: très peu de couverts, pas de passoir et surtout ce qui manquait cruellement c'était un micro-onde.
