The property overall was fine considering the price we paid. Ammenities and location was good. There is a carrefour next door. Communication with the property was good.
Dislikes were the towels. They were stained. We requested additional towels but they were not any better. Water easily splashes out of the shower, making the floor wet. The main room along floor/wall looks dirty.

O quarto tem uma espaço bom, pequei um que tinha uma aérea extrrna por ser no primeiro andar. A cozinha está equipada com louça pra três pessoas e dá pra cozinhar tranquilamente lá, a cama e travesseiros não são muito confortáveis e a banheira vaza água. No ralo do banheiro sai um odor forte do esgoto.

O quarto em si é bom, confortável e atendeu às expectativas. Porém, tive sérios problemas com o banheiro. A banheira estava com vazamento e molhava o banheiro inteiro, o que tornou a estadia bem desconfortável. Todos os dias precisei pedir toalhas extras apenas para secar o chão e, quando não nos forneciam, eu e meu namorado precisávamos nos secar com a mesma toalha, já que as outras ficavam encharcadas. Entrei em contato com o proprietário e relatei o problema diversas vezes aqui na plataforma, mas nada foi resolvido. O hotéis.com até tentou intermediar, porém não tomaram nenhuma providência efetiva. No penúltimo dia ainda desconectaram a conta da TV, nos impossibilitando de assistir qualquer coisa sem ter que logar em alguma conta pessoal. Uma verdadeira vergonha, experiência que deixou muito a desejar.
