Many things were broken—toaster, hot tub, key— during our stay. Some staff were very generous with their time and were very helpful; others did as little as possible. When we say we will use the sauna, why not offer towels before we get changed and then figure out there are no towels? Mocking my efforts to speak Spanish, not cool. Some days, dirty mugs and glasses not replaced.

We returned to the Blank Hotel for another night after visiting another city. They stored our luggage for us while we were gone, and they again when we went out for the day. It’s a wonderful service to be able to leave your luggage there after checkout. The beds are so comfortable and that staff of very helpful.

The Blank hotel was fabulous. Our first day Barbara at the front desk was so helpful. Our check in went smoothly and she answered all our questions about the surrounding area. The rooms were a nice size and the beds very comfortable. All of the staff was so friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.
