"What an awesome place! We had an incredible time in Swansea and the chalets were perfect. We will return soon and can't recommend it highly enough. Only one hiccup there was a power outage and thought the property would have a generator but when you're in a location like that the site seeing is spectacular and you're hardly in your chalet. "The cottages are lovely, very comfortable bed and well set up. It would be really good in the winter months for a heater to be on for arrival - it was freezing cold on arrival and the heater took a long time to warm things up, not too welcoming. There was lots of tea, coffee & sugar but no milk and it's a long way late at night to drive out to find some, given there is no reception. The cottage was very comfortable and clean, but looks like the cleaner forgot the shower which needed a good...

"We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied. "Handy to the airport. The air condition noise from other rooms next door was the only thing to have any sort of complaint about apart from the shuttle to the airport did not operate until 7 am and our flight was 6 am. The Uber was going to be $10 per person to go 1.7km so we walked rather than be ripped off. There were two other passengers as well which would have meant a very fat profit for the driver. He got nothing from us."
